Small Claims Court is designed to resolve everyday legal disputes in a timely and cost effective way. In Ontario, these are civil claims between individuals or businesses for money or the return of property with a monetary limit of $50,000. At Capital K Legal Services, we assist both Plaintiffs (the people who make the initial claim) and defendants from start to finish.
