Founder and Director · Licensed Paralegal and Notary Public
Nicholas Klingenberg is the founder and director of Capital K Legal Services. He represents clients before Ontario courts and administrative tribunals.
Drawing on years of blue-collar experience, Nicholas brings a strong work ethic, straightforward communication, and practical advocacy to every matter. He is committed to clear, client-focused service and building professional relationships grounded in trust and reliability.
Emily Ward
Emily Ward is a licensed paralegal with experience in Landlord and Tenant Board proceedings, human rights matters, and Small Claims Court disputes. She graduated from Mohawk College’s Paralegal program in 2025.
Combining strong legal research and careful file preparation with more than a decade of technical consulting experience, Emily is committed to clear communication, procedural fairness, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported.

Law Clerk
Christian Coulombe is a law clerk focused primarily on Landlord and Tenant Board matters. His background includes five years of property-management experience, two years of paralegal and clerk support, and experience as a business owner.
Christian assists with case management, evidence organization, tribunal filings, and hearing preparation. His practical understanding of residential tenancies and careful attention to detail help ensure files are thoroughly prepared and progress efficiently.Christian Coulombe
